Very impressive Leaving Certificate Results

We congratulate the class of 2022 who receive impressive Leaving Certificate results. Seven out of the cohort of 56 students got over 600 CAO, including Aoibheann NicUaid who got 625.

Fachtna MacConghail, Abbie Ní Fhionnagáin, Robbie Ó Rodáin, Conchúr Ó Learnaí, Áine Ní Dhufaigh and Beatrice Zechner also received more than 600 CAO points each.

A further 19 students get between 500 and 600 points. This means that 47% of the Leaving Certificate cohort in Coláiste Oiriall received over 500 points.

77% or 43 students receive over 400 points. The average CAO points for Oiriall students was 468. Excellent results. We are so proud of all our 56 immediate past students. Well done. We thank their parents for their continued support and for the partnership they forged with us during the last six year to ensure that their children received the best possible education in the school.

Fuair 19 scoláire eile idir 500 agus 600 pointe. Fuair 47% nó 26 de scoláirí Choláiste Oiriall os cionn 500 pointe agus 77% nó 43 dalta os cionn 400 pointe. Is é 468 pointe an líon meánach pointí CAO a bhí ag scoláirí Oiriall. Tá muid chomh bródúil as gach uile duine den 56 dalta. Maith sibh.

Coláiste Oiriall salutes its 56 outgoing Leaving Certificate students who received first round CAO offers last Thursday afternoon. There was widespread satisfaction with the offers and formers students will undertake a diverse range of courses in virtually every university in the county as well other third level institutions. As a new chapter opens in their lives, we wish them all the best at third level. The following is a list of some of the courses the students will undertake:
