We salute the class of 2024 who received outstanding Leaving Certificate results at the end of August.
Six students received over 600 CAO points, including Fionán ó Gallchoir, Ellen Nic Dhomhnaill and Aoibheann Nig Fhionnachtaigh, who received the maximum 625 points each. Shéanna Nig Uidhir, Charlene Ní Mhocháin and Jake Ó Luan also received more than 600 points each.
40% of the cohort of 52 students received over 500 points and 90% received over 400 points. The average CAO points for Oiriall students was 487. We are so proud of the entire year group

Príomhoide, Brendan Ó Dufaigh, said that his colleagues and he were delighted with the results and that they were a fitting reward for all the hard work on the part of the students for the previous two years. Many of the students returned to Coláiste Oiriall the day the results were issued for a final get together at the invitation of the school.
