The recipients of Sparánachtaí Oiriall or bursaries for newly registered students in Coláiste Oiriall have just been announced. This is the inaugural year of the scheme and the recipients are: Luke Mac Giolla Chomhaill, Corcaghan N.S., Rebecca Ní Chléirigh, Gaelscoil Lorgan, Castleblayney, Lorna Nic Cionna, Urbleshanny N.S., Ryan Ó Murchú, Corracrin N.S. and Lara Ó Máirtín, Gaelscoil Ultain, Monaghan.

Each bursary is worth over €300 and is broken down as follows: book rental fee, workbook, diary and copybook fee, practical subjects’ fee, bowling and ice skating tour, voucher for Dinkin’s canteen, voucher for the Fabric Centre and voucher for Easons.
The recipients were revealed at the Lá Fáilte in Coláiste Oiriall last week. The Oiriall Bursaries cater for first year students only while they are in first year only. The school acknowledges the sponsorship of the Fabric Centre, Dinkins and Easons and we are pleased that they are associated with the bursary scheme.
