The cream of Ulster schools’ footballers, including Coláiste Oiriall’s Morgan Nic Cionna, gathered in Kelly’s Inn, Garvaghy on Friday evening week last for the presentation of the Ulster Post Primary Gaelic Football All Star Awards 2018. Players representing schools from all nine Ulster counties received awards along with a jersey as the squad celebrated their two-in-a-row victory in the All-Ireland Inter Provincial Schools tournament. After dinner Michael Naughton, President Ulster Ladies Gaelic Football Association, presented the awards. He was joined on stage by Ciaran Woods, representing the sponsors, theGAAstore.com. Citations were read and players’ pictures appeared on the big screen as they received their awards.
